1.Variance request by Robert Sherrill, applicant/property owner, for relief from principal structure setback requirements as prescribed in Article V, Section 5-5(a) of the Poquoson Zoning Ordinance for the addition of an external elevator shaft to the primary dwelling at 1 Jefferson Court, Tax Map Parcel No. 11-(27)-21, zoned R-S (Residential).


2.Variance request by Larry Bartram, applicant/property owner, for relief from principal structure setback requirements as prescribed in Article V, Section 5-5(a) of the Poquoson Zoning Ordinance for the expansion of a covered front porch at 146 Emmaus Road, Tax Map Parcel No. 10-(3)-26, zoned R-S (Residential).


Specific details of these requests are available for public review in the Community Development Department, 500 City Hall Avenue, Poquoson, Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Public comments are invited.
