The Police Department is committed to serving the citizens of Poquoson in the most efficient way possible, as a result there are several forms that can be completed and submitted online to request various services from the police department.  The services are as followed: 

House Checks
The police department provides residential house checks for any citizen that request such service.  The police department will perform daily checks of the residents and the adjoining property for up to one month.  To apply for a house check please use the Blue List form.

Traffic Complaints
To notify the police department regarding a traffic compliant or to request for RADAR to be preformed in a specific area please use the Traffic/RADAR Compliant Form. 

Crime Stoppers 
The police department has partnered with the Peninsula Crime-Stoppers to help to prevent and deter crime.  If you have any information regarding a crime please complete the Crime Stoppers form for your chance to be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
