Bulk including,  landscape (bagged leaves) and white goods (appliances) can be dropped off by city residents behind City Hall the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Because this free service is only for city residents, proof of residency is required. You may call 757-868-3590 if you have any questions. Be sure to secure your load before traveling.
